One of my dislikes about using private label articles is that once you’ve used the content you originally get, you can sometimes find yourself a bit stuck.
You either have to get some of your own new articles ghostwritten, or write them yourself. If you are short on time, this often leads to your content site staying dormant with no new content being added.
That’s why I love to see PLR article services that focus around one specific niche, and provide you with on-going content for that market. Wendy Wood’s new PLR Food Content membership provides you with just that.
As the name suggests, the whole service is focused around the food niche which is a great niche to get into. With food not only being essential to our well-being, but also a form of entertainment and luxury, this is a perfect niche to build an authority site on, with a never ending supply of hot selling affiliate programs and products to promote.
There are so many parts of the year where food is an integral part of our lives - Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter, summer barbeques, picnics, birthdays and other celebrations - not too mention every single breakfast lunch and dinner :-)
This makes food a brilliant niche to build an authority site on, because once you snare a visitor, they could end up coming back to your site time and time again throughout the year and beyond.
Here’s what you get:
- 30 high-quality articles, approximately 400-500 words in length.
- 30 recipes.
- 5 opinionated product reviews, approximately 450-500 words in length.
- 5-10 page special report
- Membership capped at 450 members.
- Professional ecover graphic for the special report.
Price:
$26.95

Summary
It’s hard to be critical because Wendy has obviously put in a lot of effort, care and attention. Everything about the site and service Wendy provides is very professionally done, and does exactly what is says on the tin. One thing I would’ve liked to of had is the original Photoshop PSD file for the cover graphic. Just in case I wanted to edit it or change it, but that’s just a minor issue.
The articles and reviews are written in an easy to read style, and in an opinionated manner, which is something I always look out for.
The extra reviews give you a good way of monetizing the traffic you get from the articles, and the free special reports can be used to entice people to opt-in to a food related newsletter, and build a list.
I like the whole setup, and think Wendy’s providing a good service at an affordable price.
